At BRIC'S, we stand by the quality of our Italian-crafted luggage and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
